This fine art panoramic photograph is of morning alpenglow that cascades over Mt. Bachelor in the Deschutes National Forest. Mt. Bachelor is Bend, Oregon’s premier ski resort. Alpenglow lasts for a very short period of time, fortunately, Ross Wordhouse was able to capture it after a 3-hour hike up Tumalo Butte in two feet of snow.
